| Job Description | Offer: Industrial production operator Job Category: C Contract duration: 2 to 3 years An industrial company in the Bas-Saint Laurent region of Quebec, specializing in the assembly line manufacturing of building materials for 40 years, is looking for industrial production operators. We are looking for candidates with advanced experience in the chain industry, recognized for their rigor and their aptitude for a job well done. The main tasks of the operator include: • Prepare machinery and equipment before starting production; • Make the necessary adjustments to the machines to ensure optimal production; • Monitor the smooth running of the production process; • Perform regular quality checks to verify product compliance; • Solve minor technical problems and report major problems to the manager; • Ensure the supply of raw materials needed for production; • Perform basic machine maintenance operations; • Respect the safety and hygiene standards in force in the company. Working conditions : • Shift of 10 hours per day, one day week and one evening week; • Salary starting at $22 per hour. Physical conditions: • Repetitive tasks; • Attention to detail ; • Hand-eye coordination ; • Sitting, standing and walking positions; • Ability to carry light or medium loads if necessary. Job requirements: • Experience of 2 years or more in the field of industrial production mandatory; • BAC diploma, CAP BTP obligatory; • Proficiency in the French language, spoken and written, mandatory; • Good manual and physical skills mandatory; • Punctuality and sense of organization required; • Knowledge of the host environment (Quebec and Canada) an asset. |
