Job Description | Job Title: Store Manager Number of positions available: 7 positions (CNP 62010) Required Skills • Minimum education: Baccalaureate level • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; • Flexibility in terms of availability (day, evening and weekend); • Be able to organize your time effectively and manage your priorities; • Good leadership and communication skills; And • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment. Tasks • The Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the operation of the store, which includes: • Merchandising activities • Recruitment • Training of new employees • Schedule planning and inventory management. • Ensure company procedures and practices are applied consistently across stores. • All other related tasks; Conditions of employment: (Between 35 and 40 hours per week) Note that the period of employment is relative to the duration of the work permit issued under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) Benefits Plan: Including medical and drug plan, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance and life insurance.
