| Job Description | Description of the position to be filled Description of tasks and responsibilities: ¬ Prepare components for welding ¬ Assemble steel or aluminum structures according to the shop drawings provided by the engineering department ¬ Perform the welds on the assemblies respecting the welding symbols drawn on shop drawings ¬ Be able to take imperial and metric measurements ¬ Comply with health and safety rules and the use of overhead cranes Conditions of the employment contract * ¬ Comply at all times with health and safety rules and the use of overhead cranes ¬ Respect the work schedule established at the time of hiring ¬ Respect all co-workers, regardless of their position in the the company Do you have the profile you are looking for? Requirements ¬ DEP in welding (equivalent in Quebec) ¬ 2 to 3 years or more of experience ¬ Equivalent to a CWB map in Quebec (https://www.cwbgroup.org/fr) Abilities ¬ Rigor, meticulousness and concern for a job well done ¬ Good analytical skills ¬ Ability to work in a team ¬ Ability to listen and follow recommendations provided by superiors and other colleagues Conditions Salary ¬ Depending on experience and welder test: $22 to $26/hour.
