Job Description
General tasks:
- Implementation of the brand and establishment strategy in order to achieve objectives of service quality, attitude and profitability of all departments of the hotel.
- Has managerial responsibility for all the businesses within its scope
- Is the guarantor of the innovation and the renewal of the service offers of his establishment
Main responsibilities:
1) Customer relationship: conveys the state of mind of its Brand in the field and ensures the flexibility of the organizations in order to offer responses adapted to the needs of the customer.
2) Business/production technique:
- guarantees the quality of the Accommodation, Catering and Seminar offers
- is responsible for the adequacy of subcontracting contracts with the quality and profitability objectives of its scope.
- Drives a work dynamic based on permanent innovation and cross-functional projects.
3) Team management / transverse involvement:
- Transmits the state of mind of its Brand to employees through a management of proximity, conviviality and transversality and ensures that these principles are well translated by employees, among themselves and to customers.
- Develops its employees towards their best level of skills and supports them in their professional development.
4) Commercial / Sale:
- Transmits a sales spirit to the teams by constantly stimulating them and is proactive on all marketable offers.
5) Management:
- Optimizes the organizations and the adequacy of the workforce.
- Realizes the sales and expenses budgets of its perimeter and ensures the follow-up.
- Ensure the implementation and proper monitoring of procedures
6) Hygiene / Safety of people / Environment:
- ensures the application of the rules of law, health and safety and enforces the "Environmental Charter".
