| Job Description | JOB REQUIREMENTS • Hold a diploma (technician) or a BAC (analyst) in computer science; • Have a minimum of 2 years (technician) or 5 years (analyst) of relevant experience; • Provide level 1 (technician) and level 2 (analyst) technical support; • Have a good knowledge of WINDOWS operating systems; • Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2019 systems, Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory - Group Policy, Azure Office 365; • Have good autonomy and good problem-solving skills; • Fluency in French and English; |
