Job Description Tasks & responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and gas detection systems.
• Demonstrate effective and efficient problem solving skills
• Maintain efficient customer service and in-depth communication with customers.
• Regularly follow training courses.
• Be available for daycare services
• Take security training and adhere to all security policies and procedures.

Education

• Speak English
• Speak fluent French, or TEF level 7 (to qualify for Mobilité Francophone)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC / R business
• Journeyman and third year apprentice in HVAC / R mechanics
• Experience with gas detection systems and BCMS systems would be considered an asset.
• Up-to-date safety courses, such as fall arrest system, first aid, confined space entry, aerial lifting and WHMIS, would also be considered an asset.
