| Job Description | Position: Appian Developer (Low Code) Location: Quebec or Ontario, Canada Employment Type: Full-time Languages Required: French & English Job Description: We are looking for an Appian Developer with expertise in low-code development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using the Appian platform. As a key player in our team, you will work on enhancing business process management (BPM) systems, improving automation, and contributing to the growth of enterprise-level solutions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using the Appian low-code platform. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Appian applications. • Customize and enhance applications using Appian interfaces, processes, and data models. • Implement integrations between Appian and external systems (REST, SOAP, etc.). • Create user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for end-users. • Write and optimize queries in Appian’s built-in expression language. • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Appian applications. • Conduct testing and debugging of Appian applications to ensure high-quality, error-free systems. • Stay up-to-date with Appian updates and new features to continually enhance applications. • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 4 years of experience in low-code development, with specific expertise in Appian. • Strong understanding of Appian's architecture, components, and design principles. • Experience with Appian integration tools and API connectivity. • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and relational databases (SQL). • Ability to work in an Agile development environment and deliver on time. • Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken. • Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is a plus. • Appian certifications are highly desirable.
