Job Description As part of its development training activity, the school recruits trainers in the different sectors below
The kitchen ;
Pastry;
Restaurant service;
Reception and reception;
Floor service and laundry room.
Trainer skills
 Mastery of APC (skills-based approaches)
 Experience in the hotel/restaurant sector
 Relational and organizational skills
 Ease of adaptation to a varied audience, emergency management, strength of proposal
 Mastery of the French language orally and in writing.
Trainer's mission
 Supervision and monitoring of learners (reception and monitoring)
 Administrative management (attendance, instructions, procedure)
 Group animation (ensure training and smooth running, learning of knowledge)
 Educational engineering (program and course support)
Required knowledge and know-how
 Significant experience in a good quality hotel/restaurant department.
 Passionate about the profession and with very good teaching skills.
 Qualification level: BTP+BTS
 Confirmed experience in hotel/catering service.
 Minimum 07 years of confirmed experience as a trainer in schools or public training centers in the hotel industry in Tunisia.
 Knowledge of hygiene rules (training is a surplus)
 Knowledge of the principles of moving forward (training is a surplus)
 Obvious taste for the transmission of knowledge and teaching
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Patient and pedagogical
 Organizational skills, responsiveness and rigor
 Strength of proposals and sharing of good practices
Mastery of different office software (office 365, Excel, Word, etc.)
