Job Description | Description of the position to be filled As part of this position, you will: ─ Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and elements of heavy vehicles ─ Perform maintenance, visual inspections, oil changes and PEP (Preventive Maintenance Program) inspections ─ Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out necessary repairs on vehicles (e.g. suspension, braking system, pneumatic system, driving system and differential systems, etc.) ─ Diagnose electrical problems and carry out necessary repairs on a truck and trailer (e.g. lighting system, starting system, etc.) ─ Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic problems on truck equipment and systems for collecting residual materials. ─ Carry out welds on steel and aluminum ─ Accomplish any other related task.
