Job Description | Job Description Main mission : The trainer assesses the skills of the mechanics in the production workshop and supports them in their development of skills. This, in compliance with the general policy of the company and the rules of ethics specific to its profession. Main tasks : • Immerse yourself in the company culture. • Evaluate the skills of mechanics in manufacturing. • Plan training in consultation with the Workshop Manager and the Key Account Manager. • Welcome new recruits by providing information on health and safety rules at work. • Listen to learners' feelings and ask for feedback (creation of a satisfaction questionnaire) to develop the training program accordingly. Choose animation methods, techniques and tools: • Design an adapted program according to the objectives, the methods planned in the company, the public and the prerequisites. • Validate the program with the Workshop Manager. • Identify difficulties and propose learning solutions. • Formalize training reports. • Evaluate technical progression. • Develop evaluation materials (written and visual). • Industrialize a training course. Facilitating training: • Inform employees of the training. • Carry out evaluations at the start and end of training. Define a skills framework: • Identify and evaluate skills: know-how and interpersonal skills of learners at the production level. Secondary stains: • Define and study work environments by proposing adaptations to correct or improve ergonomics if necessary. • Ensure compliance with gestures on the various machines and propose corrective actions adapted to each case if necessary. Evaluation criteria : • Increase your area of expertise to broaden your field of educational activities. • Participate in the evolution of the offering of both companies. • Help operators develop the adjustment and versatility of machines. • Be able to organize a semester schedule with the different training courses. • Ability to observe, precision. • Ability to assess the skills of production operators. • Identify and implement all necessary safety measures and ensure compliance with instructions aimed at preserving the integrity of operators. • Ability to communicate, report information and work in a team. • Be available to teams and management. • Ability to apply the rules and general policy set by management.
