| Job Description | JOB SUMMARY Under the responsibility of the Production Director, the operator assistant must be able to provide support for the operation of different types of machinery present in the factory. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ➢ Be able to help operate saws, press brakes, a scrap machine, a pipe bender and other machinery present in the factory; ➢ Comply with production standards; ➢ Read and interpret plans and drawings; ➢ Carry out handling using the overhead crane; ➢ Clean cut parts; ➢ Identify the items and parts found in the factory; ➢ Maintain your work tools; ➢ Respect the organization’s Health and Safety procedures at all times; ➢ Perform all other related handling tasks. COMPETENCE PROFILE Requirements related to the position ➢ At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position. Skills sought ➢ Attentive and concerned about working safely; ➢ Desire for work well done and structured; ➢ Autonomy and sense of organization; ➢ Versatility. SPECIAL CONDITIONS ➢ Work schedule: Monday to Friday, evening or day. ➢ Availability to work overtime during busier periods |
