Job Description JOB SUMMARY
Under the responsibility of the Production Director, the welder-assembler must ensure the straightness of
structural assembly and apply correct welding procedures when carrying out their tasks. He
must follow a specific plan in order to create the desired product.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
➢ Read plans;
➢ Coordinate and plan the layout and procedures;
➢ Be able to use the correct structural welding method depending on the tasks to be performed;
➢ Ensure that standard W59 on welding requirements are respected;
➢ Weld components using the appropriate equipment;
➢ Ensure the accuracy of the assembly;
➢ Work at all times with caution, safety and with the protection tools provided to them;
➢ Maintain the equipment in good condition to ensure its safety;
➢ Carry out cleaning of the equipment on which the welding work will be produced, with tools such as a
sander or metal brush.
➢ Prepare the plates to be assembled with certain production machines;
➢ Maneuver the overhead crane in order to move certain loads required for its work;
➢ Keep your work space clean and tidy.
COMPETENCE PROFILE
Requirements related to the position:
➢ Welding experience of 3 to 5 years mandatory;
➢ Ability to read plans or any type of technical documentation;
➢ Mastery of tools such as tapes, squares and principles of trigonometry;

➢ Skills in manual work;
➢ Good physical fitness and ability to work as a team;
➢ Work schedule: Monday to Friday day or evening.
