Training foreign executives
The ATCT receives plenty of requests for specific, individual or collective training from several countries and foreign partners (World Bank, UNDP, UNESCO, UNOPS, OIF, IDB, ADB, JICA, CIDA, AFD ....).
This type of training, designed to meet the different needs expressed by the beneficiary parties, aims to enable foreign executives to acquire new skills or to consolidate already acquired knowledge related to their duties and responsibilities
For this purpose, the ATCT identifies the training programme corresponding to the experience of the trainee, its linguistic knowledge, the objectives of the training requested and its professional functions.
Among the areas covered by this type of training are:
- Management of the academic institutions.
- Health and safety at work.
- Management of technical cooperation.
- Basic education.
- Integrated rural development.
- Management of maritime credits.
- Safeguarding and preserving the currency.
- The promotion of private investment and the management of external debt.
The planned Training
As part of its partnership with international and regional organisations such as the Islamic Development Bank "IDB" and the Japan International Cooperation Agency"JICA", the ATCT organizes training sessions in collaboration with individual and/or institutional tunisian skills.
This type of training covers priority areas such as:
- Sustainable development.
- Reproductive health.
- Economic development (agriculture, investment, private sector assistance).
- Programming and development of studies and evaluation of development projects.
- Woman and development.
- Combating desertification.
- Management of the public debt
And aims to improve the exchange of experiences between participants and enriching their knowledge.
